The dynamic duo of Iulian Fortu & Gabriel Concordia (Co-founders of Arcadia Venture) are taking over our Truxton Circle kitchen Friday, April 23rd – Sunday April 25th, with a menu focusing on exciting foraged & locally-farmed produce!

Guest Chefs Fortu & Concordia have both learned from some of the finest in the industry.  During his time studying at the Culinary Institute of AmericaFortu had the privilege of working at famed René Redzepi Copenhagen restaurant, Noma.  Likewise, Concordia has cooked in several great restaurants, including DC’s Minibar by José Andrés!  

The Farm & Forage menu is available for pick-up at our Truxton Circle location only.”
