How do you interpret this No Parking Sign?

We are having a problem with a parking enforcement officer in our neighborhood who is interpreting this sign differently than we are. The officer believes the sign means that we can ONLY park on Tuesday’s between 7am and 8:30pm. I am in contact with the DDOT about the issue and wanted to reach out to the community. How do you interpret the sign? Ignore the street cleaning sign. I appreciate your feedback.

Do you have gardening experience? Support local youth that were homeless/at-risk in creating community gardens!

THC – Housing Families, Transforming Lives is seeking green-thumbed, gardeners and garden educators ready to support us in planning & implementing a garden program with the youth living in our continuum of housing. Our youth are typically between the ages of 5-11. THC is a non-profit organization that provides housing and supportive services, including case management, employment and career development, life and parenting skills, and youth enrichment services to more than 500 homeless and at-risk families in DC so that they can make transformational changes in their lives.
