Headed out there for a wedding this weekend!
I love Bi-Rite’s ice cream (the original shop’s near Dolores Park, which is a great neighborhood to walk around in too). And my friend who lives in SF just recommended these restaurants to me for our trip (those are her notes after each one):
The Mill- Four Barrel Coffee and Josey Baker Bread (thick toasts with cinnamon sugar or applebutter, beautiful interiors)
Nopa – Famous SF New American (good fancy drinks, excellent pork chop)
Bistro Le Central Parc – low key French Restaurant
Ragazza – Delicious Italian (great gourmet pizza/homemade pasta, nice back patio)
Green Chile Pies – Can you say pie shake? As in a milkshake containing a slice of pie?
King of Thai Noodle – For Pad Thai!
Hong Kong Lounge- for delicious dim sum
Range- the most delicious chicken
It’s not Napa, but Point Reyes is great – the light house is lovely, the drive is beautiful and you can always swing by Cowgirl Creamery. And Tomales Bay is really pretty and has good oysters (can you tell I love food?)
Have a great trip!
