Without dimensions, my guess is no. In my last house, we got my queen boxsprng up the stairs only by scraping off part of the corner that was formed by the ceiling and the header to the staircase. The king mattress did not fit. We ended up getting two twin extra long mattresses and putting them together to make a king. Or you could get one of those sleep number beds because they are essentially air. I wouldn’t recommend it – I had one for a few years and it was hands down the worst mattress I have ever owned.
