Slow running sounds good to me, especially if the runs aren’t long. I’d also suggest doing city hikes, like walks/jogs through the interesting cemeteries, parks, etc. followed by something social–maybe a drink or ice cream or quick bite. The key is to think of activities that won’t consume an entire morning/afternoon or require a change of clothes or a lot of money. Keep us posted–I for one might be interested in joining such a group!
