I’m not sure how the apartment building doesn’t qualify it’s tenants for RPP either… It is located on GA ave between Morton and Lamont and the majority of the block is commercial/retail businesses. Maybe this had something to do with the way the block is zoned? I was told by DC DMV and the DC Dept. of Transportation that no resident living on this block qualifies for RPP. It seems that my only options are to search for unzoned streets or to purchase a monthly parking space somewhere. I have search around the Park View/Cohi area and haven’t found any unzoned streets yet.
