Nope . . . there are no direct forms of public transportation from DC proper to National Harbor. You can take the metro to Branch Avenue and then take the NH1 bus (link to timetable above) to National Harbor. Or fork over the $$ for a regular old taxi or Uber ride. Or metro to Branch Avenue and then taxi to National Harbor. There’s also a Gaylord shuttle bus to Union Station ($13 one-way, $20 RT), but it doens’t run very late into the evening. I researched this earlier this summer when a friend was at the Gaylord for a conference. National Harbor’s a great example of shitty transportation planning.
