From everything I have heard and read there are two benefits to PEX piping. The first is cost and durability. PEX piping is not only cheaper than copper but also extremely durable. Where coppper pipes will be destroyed due to temperature fluctuations, PEX will not. The other benefit is ease of use. PEX piping eliminates the need for soldering or glueing pipes. It is pretty simple for harry homeowner to do the plumbing work themselves and save a ton of money in the process. I know you are asking for plumber suggestions but depending on the job it might save you a lot of money to watch a few youtube videos and read some blogs before doing it yourself. Not to mention the awesome feeling you will have after installing your own plumbing.
