the move itself isn’t that hard at all (my wife and I moved ours) it’s the refrigerant and electric lines that can cause the hassle.
getting the refrigerant emptied and refilled requires someone licensed (I assume). Our contractor called “his uncle” to do it for us. I think he just let out the refrigerant into air. Had I known that I would have wanted to do it right. I think any HVAC company could do this.
Then you have to get new a copper line installed. Pretty cheap. Then the electrical hookup too, but that’s very straight forward.
We poured a new cement pad for ours and made sure it was level, etc.
