Does anyone know someone that is ordained by the Universal Life Church and registered to officiate weddings in DC?
My fiancé and I are getting married in May. We had a short engagement as my fiancé is in the military and were are relocating to San Diego shortly after the wedding. We would REALLY like our friend to officiate our wedding. However, he is ordained by the Universal Life Church but not registered to officiate weddings in DC which causes a bit of a hiccup. We need to find someone that is also ordained by the ULC and registered in DC to endorse him. Does anyone know of such a kind soul? Thanks.
I’m a registered wedding officiant in WV as a ULC minister. I have a couple wanting to marry in DC (they are gay, so it wouldn’t be legal in my state) and I need to find an endorser. I found a thread where someone named “Eric” was willing, but I was unable to comment on that thread.
The endorser must be a ULC minister who has been approved to perform weddings in DC. There is a notary required, and I am happy to pay any fee involved for that. Usually your bank will do it free or for a nominal charge.
Can someone please help me out?
I’m hosting out-of-town relatives and would like to find a nice Christmas Eve service to attend in the Petworth/CH area. I’m not a regular churchgoer myself–grew up mainline Protestant, so would be interested in something along those lines. Any recommendations?
I’ve wanted to learn for a long time but have been intimidated by the centers I have found online. I don’t know how or where to start and could really use some help demystifying the process for me.
