The city changed the traffic configuration on New Jersey Ave about 3 months ago and installed a few new permanent parking spots across from The Garden. It looks like someone drove straight into a parked car last night which then caused the parked car to slam into another parked car. It appears as though the driver backed up and took off, but left part of their front bumper in the process.”

Update: An adult female has been pronounced dead on the scene. Preliminary, the incident appears to have been contained to a single vehicle and one person is being interviewed by detectives. A firearm was recovered on the scene and there is no threat to the community.”
