Hey look, I can sit on the toilet and check out what’s in the fridge at the same time! This building does seem charming from the outside; this unit, not so much.

  • “Terrace Level???” Do you really think you are fooling anyone? It’s a basement.

  • $1625, plus electric, plus an exorbitant admin fee – for a dungeon? Not a good deal at all. Perhaps back when DuPont was pretty much the premier neighborhood, but not now.

  • So I actually viewed this studio and concur with all the above statements. It would be good for a someone who travels and just needs a place to sleep and keep their clothes and make the occasional ramen, but nothing else. The location is pretty great though.

    • Yeah this doesn’t seem like a good deal at all…emphasis on the ‘good’ part. I would say its just a deal.

  • WTH is an “administrative fee”? Is that a faux security “deposit” that they don’t have to actually give back? I have never heard of an administrative fee before.

  • Administration or move-in fees are actually very common, particularly in larger complexes (my current building charged a $500 move-in fee)
