The PoP Peep Project: “Bunnies’ March on Washington”

Bunnies March

“Bunnies’ March on Washington
By Tobey Busch and Marcy Busch

Inspired by the Women’s March on Washington, we recreated the scene with strong and resisting bunny peeps. We adapted the signs (“Hands off My Eggs,” “This Bunny Bites Back,” etc.), the iconic Women’s March logo, and the marchers’ outfits (see Rosie the Riveter, the Statue of Liberty, white pants suits, pink “hats,” etc.). We tried to capture the volume, creativity, and enthusiasm of the marchers, as well as the unifying and positive atmosphere of the march.”

All entries should be emailed to [email protected] with ‘The PoP Peep Project’ in the subject line. Please include a brief description about your entry and please include 2 photos, one closeup and one capturing the whole scene. Entries should be based on local topics of interest if possible and sent by Friday, April 28th. Depending on how many I receive, I’ll try to post all as I get them. I will then pick 5-10 finalists that you guys will vote on. I will take the winners out to dinner (courtesy Carmine’s Family Style Italian Restaurant) and drinks (unless the high school kids win, then just dinner.) I will also bury the winners (and 2nd and 3rd place) in PoPville t-shirts. Good luck!!

That means Well-Paid Maids is now offering weekend cleanings! The goal is to make your life as easy as possible. If your weekday schedule is too hectic or you work from home, this is for you!

Appointments are available to book now with services starting Saturday, March 23. We suspect these time slots will be popular, so don’t wait to schedule!
