Now this is curious. Back in February a liquor license placard was posted for Phoenix Restaurant Lounge but after the Oppadak signage was posted it seemed that had passed. Perhaps not. A reader reports the Phoenix neon signage that sprouted Saturday night (see photo above.) Perhaps it’ll be party (Saturday) nights and Baked Oven Chicken days? STAY TUNED.
