Kalye DC Presents Kamayan Fiesta:

Kalye DC and Chef Red Garcia are returning to EatsPlace in Washington DC to present a Kamayan Fiesta on Saturday, April 29, 2017. Kamayan means eating with your hands with mounds of delicious Filipino food laid out on top of banana leaves right in front of you. This communal dining experience is best shared with family and friends, or come and make new ones. As Chef Red says, “Filipino food is life, love, and it’s about family!”

The menu:

Chicken Wings Inasal Hilabos na Hipon (Shrimp) Filipino Pork BBQ Lumpiang Shanghai (Egg roll) KalyeDC Grilled Pusit (Squid) Adobong Kangkong (Potato leaves) Steamed Rice Served with a side of Spicy Mango Ensalada and finished with a dessert of Fried Ube Macapuno Roll

Tickets may be purchased at this link: https://squareup.com/store/kalyedc/, and there will be a limited number of walk-in seating available as well.”
