  • Is it just me, or does the price seem suspiciously low to anyone else?

    • There are several apartment buildings around here priced about the same. They’re not great, but they are cheap. I assume with the August availability, this is targeted at college students, as they are less likely to complain about some not-great conditions. Off the bat, it’s about 2 feet from the railroad tracks, with warehouses behind it, and soon to be neighboring the construction of a large parking garage.

  • I pay about the same for a similar unit in Glover Park.
