I love this idea.

From an email:

“I am launching a community art project/experiment with three sketchbooks and the Little Free Libraries system. The goal is to encourage people who live on Capitol Hill to find a book in a Little Library, make some art, return the book to another library.

I’m hoping that when people find the book and return the book, they will announce its location via twitter (@caphillcreates) or Instagram and once the book is filled, they will let me know if it’s final location.

Once all three books are filled, I will find a location to mount a show of pieces from the books.

Right now book #1 is at 803 East Capitol St SE. Book #2 is at 1229 Massachusetts Ave SE and book #3 is at 909 F St NE.
