From a press release:

“Off Road DC, a premiere Washington, D.C. fitness studio, will open its second location at 637 Pennsylvania Ave SE on January 17.

The locally owned business will host a soft opening over Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Weekend, with a limited schedule starting that Saturday, January 14 and continuing through Monday the 16th.

“We’re so excited to open on Capitol Hill,” said Tammar Berger, co-owner. “It’s a perfect neighborhood for Off Road, and we look forward to meeting the community and adding our fitness expertise to the mix.”

Clients can expect Off Road’s three popular BIKE, BOX and BUILD programs in a 2000+ square foot space. The second location will feature two dedicated studios in the heart of Capitol Hill.

Off Road’s philosophy is that workouts and classes should be accessible for all. It is one of the most affordable boutique fitness destinations in the city, where first time clients can get a week of unlimited workouts for $50. From there, classes run on a points system, starting at $12 for a 30-minute class.

“If you’re coming to Off Road, you can expect real sweat and real results. We believe that fitness is for everybody, and our classes and pricing structure reflect that.”

Clients attending BIKE programs can expect real cycling with real power, riding on one of 30 Stages Indoor Cycling bikes, all equipped with VismoX software. With VismoX, riders will track specific results from each ride by integrating seamlessly with smartphones, as well as an in-studio screen, to provide insight into heart rate and power data.

BOX is a non-stop, knockout style boxing circuit workout. It incorporates alternating rounds of bagwork, footwork and padwork designed by professional fighters. BUILD coaches clients to increased endurance, strength and power in a class that uses TRX suspension straps, kettlebells and more to help build and tone muscle.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
