From ABRA:

“A total of 108 District restaurants, bars, hotels and other on-premises establishments are registered to sell alcohol until 4 a.m. during inaugural week, which runs from Jan. 14-22.

District law allows on-premises establishments to register with the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) to sell and serve alcohol until 4 a.m. and operate up to 24 hours a day during inaugural week. This is the third inauguration that establishments have been permitted to extend hours. As part of this year’s inauguration, eligible establishments could register to participate for up to nine days, including two weekends.”

And let us remember the wise words of Sir Winston Churchill:

“Never give in–never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
