  • Looks like no central air. I seem to remember another place (or this one) a couple years ago and it was around $220,000.

    • I see an air return vent in the hall. I think the air vents are in the floor as in the second “bedroom.”

      • The air vents would be there for heat no matter what. The listing does not mention A/C which IS always mentioned when it’s been installed. I could be wrong, just my observation.

        • It has central air according to Redfin. No one is going to flip something these days and not put in CAC, unless there is some major structural barrier to doing so.

Living room and 2nd bedroom are on the small side, but the kitchen and master bedroom have good space.

Top floor unit sold for $325K almost 2 years ago. Solid deal.

        • “The air vents would be there for heat no matter what.” Usually in the D.C. area, places that don’t have air conditioning have boiler systems and radiator heat, rather than forced-air heat.
          .
          Vents almost always mean A/C.

Cute little place. What does “separately deeded parking” mean?

    • HaileUnlikely

It means a parking spaces are available for purchase, but are bought and sold separately from the unit and presumably are not included in the list price for the unit.

    • It means that a parking space does not come with the unit but you can purchase it separately.

    • I would guess it is actually included in the price, but as a separately deeded spot, you will have to pay property taxes on the parking spot, in addition to your condo taxes. It’s also listed separately through DC’s Office of Tax and Revenue. i have a separately deeded spot that is valued by DC at $10k, and I pay $80/year. Though, you could sell the spot separate from the condo too, if you wanted.

second bedroom is tiny and why did they attach TV’s into the walls of the room, just looks tacky and the TV’s probably aren’t great
