  • All that exposed brick – not a fan. Even in a rental it would drive me crazy.

  • maxwell smart

Exposed brick is one thing, but this has the look of just being unfinished. Stunning this is not.

  • looks spacious though. not a bad deal.

  • The kitchen isn’t great, but I’ll take all the exposed brick that the rest of you don’t want!

  • My OCD coupled with the vastly different molding would keep me up at night. I have original plaster in the main part of the house but the addition was recently insulated, the temperature differences are marked. That bedroom with two uninsulated walls scares me. I guess utilities are included so it matters less.

  • No washer/dryer? Not even a combo unit?

  • So “penthouse” has become a very slippery term – but I would say that any apt. where your windows look across an alley into other windows is definitely NOT a penthouse!

  • How interesting. I’m a realtor whose client put an offer in on this place back in Sept when it was for sale. It was listed at around $375k, and got bid up to over $400k. No, it’s not very big at all, and utilities are not included. My client got another unit a few floors below and saved himself $50k.
