“In anticipation of our bakery, Paisley Fig, moving to the historic Heller’s Bakery in Mt Pleasant, Room 11 will close its daytime operation on December 31st, 2016.

Paisley Fig will continue its wholesale business while focusing on building the new bakery, bar & restaurant in Mt Pleasant. Paisley Fig desserts, will continue to be on Room 11’s evening menu and pastries will be available during Room 11’s weekend brunch service.

In addition, Paisley Fig products will continue to be available at Dolcezza, Cork Wine Bar, Cork Market, Qualia Coffee, Glen’s Garden Market, Each Peach Market, The Coffee Bar, Odd Provisions, and more!

Custom cakes and catering orders will still be accepted. For more information, please email Lizzy at [email protected]

Room 11 will continue to operate opening at 5pm, Monday – Friday, and 10am on Saturday and Sunday for brunch service.

Paisley Fig in Mt Pleasant will be spearheaded by baker Lizzy Evelyn and her husband, Nick Pimentel, a co-owner of Bad Saint & Room 11.
