“Specialty Eyelash Extension Boutique Opens at Previous Nectar Skin Bar Space on Wisconsin Avenue, NW

Neighborhood Retail Group recently announced DC Lash Bar will open at 1633 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Washington, DC in late October 2016. Founded by sisters Josie and Stephanie Nguyen, DC Lash Bar is the area’s newest beauty spa specializing in eyelash extension application as well as brow shaping and full body waxing.

Neighborhood Retail Group secured the location for DC Lash Bar which was once home to Nectar Skin Bar. The two-story space offers a reception desk, upscale living area and beverage bar to offer patrons assorted teas, coffees and wines, a brow bar for waxing and threading services, and an outdoor patio lounge. The second floor boasts four treatment rooms for an array of eyelash extension services.

“DC Lash Bar is the perfect addition to Georgetown’s charming Book Hill neighborhood,” says Bethany Scanlon, Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Neighborhood Retail Group. “Stephanie and Josie’s loyal following has allowed them to open this new space and we’re delighted to be a part of their success.”

Josie has been practicing cosmetology for more than 17 years offering clients an array of beauty services out of her Ashburn, VA location. As her sister Stephanie took a sabbatical from consulting work, the two quickly realized their dream to open their own spa together. In addition to Josie, DC Lash Bar will staff three technicians and is currently booking appointments for the new Georgetown location via their website www.dclashbar.com.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
