From a press release (thanks to all who emailed):

CYCLED!, a boutique, indoor cycling studio, will be opening its second location at 6960-C Maple St, NW in the Takoma neighborhood of Washington, DC in late 2016.

The new studio will include 20 state-of-the art Keiser M3i Bikes with Bluetooth technology. Riders can view their personal performance statistics on their bike display monitors during class and the studio will also provide each rider with longitudinal performance data to help them meet and maintain their fitness, health, and athletic goals.

CYCLED! focuses on rhythm rides driven by various genres of music, from hip-hop to pop to reggae. Each class incorporates different styles of spinning, so that students can get a full body, high intensity workout.

In addition to ongoing support from the instructors and staff, the studio will also provide amenities like complimentary water, towels, and fruit to riders. Plus, a shower will be available to students for use before and after classes.

Owner and instructor, Dr. Shayla Cornick, brings her high energy and commitment to helping the community meet and maintain its fitness, health and athletic goals.

New studio is opening late 2016. In the meantime, students are encouraged to check out classes at CYCLED! Silver Spring, 1110 Ripley St. Silver Spring, MD.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
