  • hahaha. open house TODAY. this thing will be gone before the weekend.

    • We just looked at houses in Woodridge a month or so ago and this looks like a steal. Very rare to see 3 bath in any house there. I’m with you, it’ll be gone quick and over asking.

  • What’s that sweet looking loft building on the right? Love those old windows.

    • Looks to be the back of 2004 Rhode Island Ave. NE, which has a printshop in the retail space in front, and signs for a daycare’s offices and some kind of training center on a separate door which presumably leads to the back where those two things are. The building appears to be one-story in front but extends far back and looks like two stories in the back, so I guess there’s plenty of room for two office suites. May very well be some vacant space there as well. Who knows.

  • Will take you around 20 minutes to walk to either metro, but there are many buses and nearby businesses, so I’d say this is a pretty good deal.

  • It’s a bit small and layout seems kind of weird. The finishings are pretty bad. Still gonna say it’s a good deal though. That’s a decent price for the neighborhood, especially steps from a grocery store.

  • I love this! Very cute. The kitchen will eventually need to be updated, but it’s a great home overall. I’d definitely consider it if I were in the market.

  • Looks to me like it might be more of a 2-bedroom plus den – the “bedroom” on the main floor looks like it has French door(s?).

I wonder if one of the full baths is on the main floor — if not, that would make the “bedroom” even less viable as a bedroom.

    • Seems like a full bath on the main floor, yeah. But then it’s also going to be the bathroom guests use, presumably, since there’s no half-bath. Looks like there’s parking in the rear for one car; maybe two if you move some fixtures around or get creative. The house is pretty small and could probably use some work, but it’s definitely a good deal at that price.
