The kitchen seems over-renovated compared to the rest of the house.

  • thats what she said

  • “JUST A SHORT WALK TO PENNSYLVANIA AVE, METRO”

“What Metro station is up there?”
“I dunno, I never ride Metro, uhhh… Pennsylvania Ave? Sure.”

    • they probably meant short walk to Potomac Ave Metro on Penn. That would be a fair assessment

    • Perhaps they are referring to Potomac Avenue Metro. Its a decent walk from the house location

      • ??? It’s probably about five minutes to the metro. Google maps says seven. I’m all for making fun of listings that say things are close to the metro when they’re over a mile away, but this is just over a quarter mile walking.

  • You’ve got to be kidding. For L St SE?

    • Agreed, if you want to pay $800k plus for a townhouse around there, look at the brand new townhouses that were built near the Dept of Transportation in Navy Yard. They go for about this but I’d feel significantly safer living there than near Potomac Ave.

      • Well, these brand new townhouses are now 3-10 years old (depending on the street) and it’s not easy to get one under $1M anymore

  • “Deep and wide”

  • Pardon me, but any chance you could bring out more NOAP! for the table?

    • I Dont Get It

I just checked the Urban Dictionary for NOAP!, not sure if that is what you meant.

      • LOL, your comment made me check Urban Dictionary and, no, I don’t think that’s what Anon meant. But it made me chuckle. BTW, I like the house a lot and think it is a good deal.
