  • Don’t know if it’s a good deal but I like the floor plan. Would need some work though.

  • This place has been on the market for ages and its as-is. I wonder if there’s a big problem we can’t see.

  • I looked at this place last year. The reason it isn’t selling is its right over a sink hole. Maybe they fixed it, but it was a big issue.

    • shouldn’t they have to disclose that?

      • Yes, which is presumably why nobody’s been unfortunate enough to acquire it. Disclosures are usually issued after an offer is accepted (though a savvy shopper should ask for these beforehand, there’s no guarantee of receiving them).

    • What! A visible sinkhole? In the yard, or what?

      • Take a look at the backyard pictures. You’ll see a big pile of chairs against the wall. Guess what’s under it.
