  • Let me get in under contract….With someone else’s account.

Great job. I could live with the staging minus the valences.

  • Seems like a very good deal.

  • That’s WAY under-priced! There must be some serious issues.

  • Anonomnom

I don’t get why homes in this row of houses always come in at what I would think of as under priced?

    • I’m trying to figure this out too. I mean, I guess there aren’t front porches, which greatly increases the neighborly factor. Also, the basements don’t have front entrances, so they can’t have separate COOs. But they can still be rented out as a room… And the lack of trees and L’Enfant’s green spaces, no alley or garage…
      .
Still. I would think at least $2 million.

  • One of my favorite blocks in Dupont if not the city.

  • I used to live on that block and it’s very nice and of course a pretty great location.
I lived in an apartment building and always wanted to see the inside of the row houses.
Very lovely interior, but not so much a $1.5M kitchen though, is it?

  • If old rowhomes whose character has been completely eradicated by developers seeking to make a quick buck can go for the high 900s or $1M, I’m sure this should be able to fetch a lot more than $1.5M. Great, well-preserved home in a fantastic location.

    • There are a handful of three-storied shoddy flips in Hill East that have gone for $1.1! With no basement with income potential. That’s why I’m so surprised by this one. Though maybe I overvalue the Dupont location. And unpainted wood molding.
