  • False advertising. Any “fully loaded” package in DC has to include a Lincoln Navigator.

Beautiful and very close to my new building. Will be watching this one eagerly.

  • I think this Unit was on a episode of House Hunters.

  • I wish my apartment came with an extra window.

  • Looks like a good deal to me

  • 1 br + den, rather than a 2 bd, which explains why it fits in <800 square feet.

  • I don’t think it’s a particularly attractive building and the street is kind of gross. I don’t see this going for over 525.

    • Gross? 13th Street along this stretch seems to be coming along nicely… no retail, but the mix of old an new leading into a now elegant Logan Circle seems to make it quite a desirable street.

      • What are you a real estate agent?
        .
This block has a BP, that hideous apartment building, and down the street a Comfort Inn. It has all of the grit of the rest of Logan but none of the charm
        .
I’m sure someone will snap this up because they have no taste or no choice, but a desireable block this is not.

        • Huh? Granted this stretch of 13th doesn’t have the historic townhouses but it’s half a block from Logan Circle, walking distance to many of the best jobs in the region and a block from 14th street. Any sober analysis says that this is a pretty good location.

          • Agree it’s a good location. Yes, it sucks having the BP there, but otherwise there’s nothing wrong with this spot. Also, the Comfort Inn that neighbor mentions is probably the nicest Comfort Inn in the country. It’s not like we’re talking about a seedy motel with junkies out front.

  • Tiny for a 2 bedroom. Wired for sound because of ambient noise, I would bet. This has been about the going price for these units for several years.

  • Toured it. Second bedroom is barely a den. No room for a mattress – and also there’s a big lack of storage. Ceiling height is good, though.

3 days later its off the market. Wonder what it sold for.
