Blocking the 42 bus again. Can the valet please move that thing?

  • The dude that owns the truck (and I assume one of the companies on the side of it) had a bday party at Gryphon over the weekend, saw it all over my IG feed. Lets all be happy he caught a ride home instead of trying to drive that thing while intoxicated. And you have to admit, an airport fire truck is a pretty awesome promotional vehicle for a “server crash and rescue” company.

    • It’s a terrible branding idea. There is no website address that I can see on that truck, and when I google “Fifty 50” the entire first page is links to a brazilian jiu jitsu school and one link to a pharmacy. It’s wasted money to stoke somebody’s ego or get a toy that you deduct on your business taxes.

      • And what are we supposed to assume about the company from that logo? That it’s run by a 15-year-old boy?

      • Agreed. Egregious abuse of tax deductions is my guess. This shit shouldn’t fly.

      • The website is clearly visible on the truck – www. fifty50official .com – right above the logos for Facebook and Instagram. Still super sketchy, but as far as branding goes, it’s not the worst.

  • What is it, even? looks awful.
