Architect recommendation?
“I am interested in working with an architect to redesign the roof of my two-story, circa 1900 DC row house. I would like to add some skylights and relocate the HVAC system to the roof. Anybody have good experience and recommendations with local architects who take on smaller residential projects like this? I’m specifically looking for a firm that has experience with roof engineering, systems design (e.g., electrical and drainage for the HVAC), and construction oversight. Thanks.”
