Your Afternoon Animal Fix

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. Your photos will go into the queue (usually 2 weeks wait) and will be posted in the order I receive them. If you’ve already entered your pet and would like to do so again – that’s no problem – just space the entries out a bit. Please try to send horizontal photos 640×480 (medium size on your iphone) if possible. If you’re not using an iphone any size is fine.

    Pablo is my favorite Westie.
Heart of Dupont looks toasty warm. I love doggie hoodies.

  • Heart is so sleek and elegant-looking!

  • aw, we have the same winter coat for our greyhound – so warm, with the added benefit of being absolutely adorable. yay heart!

    • We are thinking about adopting a greyhound – did you get yours through a local organization? There are so many and we are having trouble figuring out which one to go with!

      • I volunteered with Greyhound Welfare for a while. They’re very good. They care a lot about the dogs and are a pretty well run organization. I got Heart through Greyhound Rescue of New England when I was living in Massachusetts. That org is much smaller, but still a wonderful effort to bring retired racers to a forever home. Greyhounds are such lovely dogs. I highly recommend.

      • Greyhound Welfare is where we got ours. Wonderful organization, they care so much about the dogs and you have an instant network that you will need bc its a very different experience than other breeds.
