Nice! Anyone see an official menu? (I remember preview menus floating around that were mistaken for Passenger menus a while back).

  • Does this really count as Logan? S St. is closer to U than Logan Circle. I’ve always wondered what you’d call this neighborhood.

I’m pretty sure the northern boundary for Logan Circle neighborhood is T St.

      • I’ve never known that! I always just thought of this as the bottom end of the U Street corridor.

Yeah, I’m not sure I would have known had I not lived there and bothered to look 🙂 But it’s one of the most repeatedly contentious zone-argued-hoods on this site, along with the Park View / Petworth / etc area and Capitol Hill / Hill East.

          • The boundaries of Park View and Petworth are pretty clear… except to a certain person. 😉

What are you talking about – I use traditional 1893 boundaries. And Park View’s recent expanded boundaries used by a very few people that live there are very recent. I wish I could walk you around DC in 2002 when I first started walking around Petworth and Georgia Ave – seriously. If we can all admit neighborhood names and boundaries change over time – we will all be in a better place. Amen.

          • Hahaha…. that was the best thing I’ve read all day. True ‘dat.

        I think it’s S St as the boundary…I live on T, and we’re considered U St area.

Oh you’re right, it is S Street, my memory is poo-poo. Since this is on the north side of the street I guess it might technically not be Logan Circle.

    • Yeah, I kind of paused and wondered this myself when I read it. This location is right off 14th St, so I might have initially considered it the 14th St corridor (although I am sure some would not like that designation). But, calling it Logan is not crazy either.

    • I Dont Get It

The Logan Circle Community Association defines it as “The Association represents the Greater Logan Circle area, officially bounded by S Street to the north, K Street to the south, 9th Street to the east and 16th Street to the west. Membership is open to anyone who resides or owns a business or property within its boundaries.”

But I would be VERY happy for the boundary to move to T St.

  • Mick Perrigo is awesome. Too bad this place is probably way out of my budget.

  • Is this the new Columbia Room? I’d heard good things, but never had the chance to go.
