  • For the size and location, the price is good. But it needs quite a bit of work, or so the photos make it seem…

  • Ugh, does it have baseboard heating?!

  • While this does need some updating, I am totally digging the round orange sofa and the wood burning stove in the kitchen.

    • What needs updating? I’m not a fan of the baseboard heating, or electric stove, but I wouldn’t feel the need to rip those things out and replace them.

      • Yeah, I think maybe people are distracted by the decor. I might want to change the carpeting to hardwood, but I don’t see what “needs” updating. (Though that spiral staircase to the basement looks straight ’70s to me.)

Millwork and plasterwork throughout are stunning, absolutely love this house. I think it’s very fairly priced too.

  • There’s way to much type of different flooring going on for me. To me something like this is good for a bread and breakfast, but not as my primary residence. Way to ornate.

  • there’s an even more impressive house (and updated) on the 1000 block of East Cap priced $100K lower
