Located just off of the U Street Corridor, the loft style condo units at Langston Lofts sold new in 2005. Out of eighty total units, seven (including this one) turned over to new owners in 2015. The five other one bedroom units, all on floors below the top floor, settled at an average of $588. per square foot. The higher price of the subject unit reflects the premium often paid for top floor units with nice views.

In 2007, this unit with a balcony sold at $377,000. with an $8000. subsidy. Five years later in 2012, it was on the market for $370,000. and sold at $353,000.
