Back in July we learned that The Passenger’s new home would be right next door to Ivy and Coney on 7th Street. They’ve now posted a liquor license placard which reveals a roof deck could be in the future too. “Summer Garden” used interchangeable with a roof deck.

The placard says:

“Restaurant serving bar food (burgers, hotdogs, etc.) Occasional entertainment may include DJ or live music. Number of seats: 175. Total Occupancy Load: 175. Sidewalk Café with seating for 10 and Summer Garden with seating for 75.”

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
