  • What are “floor to ceiling Juliet balconies” – a fancy way of describing sliding glass windows? And what are the diving-platform-like things on the top of the facade, near the roof line?

    • Juliet balcony=sliding glass door to nowhere (they have bars to stop anyone from walking out). The pics make me think this is a small 2 bedroom (like maybe 800 sf), so the price isn’t that great, esp. when you consider the fee will escalate once the owners realize they need to build reserves.

  • For more than half of a million dollars, I want a real kitchen with some counterspace.

  • Depends on square footage. Everything with an ok renovation under $500 per sqf in this neighborhood is cheap.
