    Odd looking place, seems like it would be in SW somewhere. Not really my style at all, and don’t know enough about values in Brightwood to comment on “deal” or not. I would guess pass.

  • Why is it listed as a single family detached when it is clearly not? Great closets and built-ins, but awkward main floor layout and not close enough to the metro to justify that price IMO.

  • All day I’ve been looking for the right opportunity to use the word “fenestration.”
    This place has f’d up fenestration.

  • There’s a true single family house (looks like a classic rowhouse) 4 bed/4 bath, complete remodel with 500 more sq ft. 2 blocks from this place….that’s $30,000 cheaper (and just had a price reduction).

  • The definition of “chef’s kitchen” has been dumbed down beyond all recognition.
