  • I’m so confused by that half-wall with the book case behind it. Is that an open closet? What is it?

  • That looks crazy-tiny, even in the fisheye photos. Where’s the bedroom?

  • I’ve been waiting for something in this building to go on-sale because I love this block – but whew, this space seems tight. It’s solidly priced for the neighborhood. The 1 BDs in the two larger buildings nearby go somewhere in the $325k-$375k range depending on sf – but don’t have in-unit W/D and have higher fees. And it’s blocks away from some $400k range 1 BD buildings. But if only it were a bit bigger…

  • Probably no more than 600 sf, but it’s well organized and seems less claustrophobic than some of the small 2 bedrooms that recently have been posted here. The windows open up the space and the kitchen is well placed relative to everything else. The storage looks like it’s probably decent for the size of the unit. The fee is realistic for a decently managed building of this vintage and maybe even a little low.

  • Looks like an oddly cut-up place created from very different original units.
