“I just wanted to let you know that we’ll be opening up between Chipotle and the Barnes & Noble in a few months. We just finalized our lease this week and will be starting build-out as soon as we can. Build-out will probably take about 3 months. The shop will be called Wardman Wines, and in addition to wine, we will have a good selection of beer and spirits, as well as wine-appropriate snacks. In addition, we plan on having regular tasting events and a full schedule of wine classes. We’re very excited to be coming to the neighborhood.”
