Treasures of the River Trail: A Scavenger Hunt by bike on the Anacostia River

“Join WABA for an afternoon of Choose Your Own Adventure Scavenger Hunt on the Anacostia River seeking hidden treasure, forgotten islands, ancient ruins, and natural wonder. You and your team will compete for prizes in this family friendly treasure hunt in DC’s back yard. Come prepared for riddles, unexpected challenges, trickery and exploration. Silliness encouraged. Costumes rewarded. Bike savvy kids welcome.

You and YOU ALONE are in charge of what happens in this a. There are dangers, choices, and consequences. You must use your numerous skills and much of your intellect. Choose right and reap endless rewards.

Scoring Points & Prizes
When you check in (3:00 – 3:15 pm), your adventure begins with a choice to determine your path. From there, you’ll be off riding in search of treasure and glory guided by clues, riddles, and new decisions. At each step, your eam will collect points towards some fun prizes.
