  • Way overpriced!

  • I don’t know if I’d want to live right on 18th street but a private patio would be a huge coup for a studio apartment dweller.

  • I Dont Get It

Too many pictures of AdMo and not enough of the private patio.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

…this is a joke, right? There are 2 bedrooms around the corner for $2,400.

For $2,100, I want a wall and door for my bedroom. And the noise level must be pretty bad on weekends.

No way would I want to live there, and certainly not at that price. GTFO.

  • I looked at the apartment on the top floor of this building about a year ago. The whole building REAKS of asian food. I imagine if you lived here that your clothes would become saturated with the smell. Also, you would be ruined for Sakuramen, which would be a shame because it is awesome. Also, the unit I looked at was absurdly overpriced so I assume this is the work of the same delusional landlord.

    • Is it good? I’ve walked by it a couple times and I miss Toki since I’ve moved away from NE to this part of town.

  • I wonder what the square footage is — if it’s a fairly large studio, it might not be all that overpriced, but if it’s like 450 square feet, then it’s significantly overpriced, especially considering the noise factor.

  • Not a good deal in this lifetime or beyond.

  • Holy crap, really? You can get a 700 sq ft 1BR in a nice building for that.

  • No Metro.
    No amenities.
    No *bedroom.*
    No way.

  • Horrible deal! That’s nuts. No way would I ever live above a restaurant or on 18th St. And no laundry? Delusional is right…

  • maxwell smart

Nope. Not even for half that would I live there.

  • Looks like an average studio, I wish I could see this patio. The noise level would definitely suck. I’d probably pay $1200 if I really loved the neighborhood…say what?? $2100!??

  • Blithe

I’m confused. The only thing that might make this place worth considering at the price would be an absolutely wonderful private patio. So, why no pictures of the patio?

  • Are you kidding?! 2,100 for a studio, now I have seen everything. Good luck sleeping.

  • Can we revisit this in the future, to see if it actually does get rented?
