  • Oh this house is beautiful. No idea about the neighborhood and price, but it’s just so pretty!

  • Beautiful house. That price is high given the location though. Maybe if it were on East Capitol below 8th or so. Here I’d put it closer to 1.6-1.8M.

  • Very pretty, very tasteful. Are there two grand pianos?? I love the double-sided fire place.
But I don’t like that block at all. A friend lives there, and I’ve never gotten a good vibe.

The difference between Maryland going east of 13th and west of 13th is so wild. It could be two totally different neighborhoods.

    • Two pianos- a large black ebony (can’t tell size by picture) and a (could it really be?) concert grand in a finish I’m not familiar with (cherry perhaps)? If these are good pianos, this pianist is very jealous!!

I’ve long admired this house as we walk up to H Street, had no idea is was so magnificent inside. That millwork is jaw dropping, and major bonus points for that kitchen fireplace, wow!

  • You scared me by posting this. For a horrible moment, I thought it was Wednesday again, instead of Thursday.
