Very nice unit! Good light, low condo fee, decent layout. Love the fireplace – I wouldn’t want to live without mine, especially with the frigid winters we have been having!

    • Most people don’t know how to make the fireplace an efficient source of heat. . I’m sure someone will complain about the interval sink and sub-luxe “finishes”. Appears pretty well laid out for the square footage.

      • I understand that fireplaces are inefficient, but when you are in front of them they are cozy and warm.

  • Seems like a great deal and this is such a nice neighborhood.

Someone please buy this and then rent out to me.

I’m confused why they would photograph the Eastern Market metro when Potomac Ave is closer. Other than to be disingenuous. Cute condo tho
