  • Cute. I like it, but that kitchen sink is about 2 inches deep!

  • someone forgot to drywall the ceiling.

Enjoy hearing every single footstep from upstairs…

    • It looks rustic and charming, and makes the place look more spacious. It’s not as if you’re going to have kids or roommates in a house this small.

  • “These houses, which sit behind the former home of John and Elizabeth Edwards, served as slave quarters and later as cheap housing for laborers in the 19th century. ”

These townhouses also served as the residences for the staff for Alexander Graham Bell who lived and worked down the street (Volta Bureau)

  • $1,040/square foot. Approaching New York prices.

  • So cute but so small! That alley is very pretty. Feels really hidden and tucked away.

  • I Dont Get It

Would love to simplify my life and downsize to something like this.

  • Dear g*d. At least take down the cheap plastic paper towel holder and cap off the laminate edge of the cheap pre-formed counter top. For this price and space, you may as well just rent an apartment. At least then you wouldn’t have to schlep up and down stairs just to use the toilet.

  • Do the hawks come with it?
