    After reading the WAMU article on Flipping. Makes me wonder if the flipper pulled load bearing walls without proper permits for this…

  • My favorite thing about this house is the color the exterior is painted. That said, and acknowledging that I know very little about the Cap Hill market, isn’t this a good price for Cap Hill?

  • No more open floor plans. I’m so over it. Every bit of character is stripped out of these charming homes. And the WAMU story really opened my eyes.

  • I live in one of the Menkiti group flips. If you want a place that has shotty work done, horrible HVAC work, bad structural work and overall a lot of latent defects you should buy one of their proprieties.
