Just walked by this place yesterday and we were remarking how cute it was. Had no idea anything was for sale, but if it’s chopped up into condos that would make sense. The location is stellar. I think this location so close to the Metro and Eastern Market, and the parking space, make this a pretty reasonable price.

  • It’s nice to see a basic condo that’s not super modern. Great location too.

  • Went to the open house on Sunday – not a good deal. It’s poorly laid out – living room is tiny, barely room for a couch (let alone enough room between wall and couch to put a TV) – and the bedroom is bigger but narrow. The bathroom is also poorly laid out – the door opens the wrong way! The view out most of the windows is the HVAC equipment on the roof. Not to mention it’s a 4th floor walk up, with narrow, steep stairs. I couldn’t imagine getting a mattress up there! Kitchen looked like it was updated with very cheap materials. Pass!

  • Cute building but not a super condo. A nearby option: has a fireplace, a patio, and leafy views! (Disclaimer: this isn’t my condo)
