Your Afternoon Animal Fix

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. Your photos will go into the queue (usually 6-8 weeks wait) and will be posted in the order I receive them. If you’ve already entered your pet and would like to do so again – that’s no problem – just space the entries out a bit. Please try to send horizontal photos 640×480 (medium size on your iphone) if possible. If you’re not using an iphone any size is fine.

9 April 2015, Charlie and Caroline Vollmer

“This weekend I lost my special, sweet Charlie to liver failure. He was 14 and 1/2 years old. He was a proud repeat Animal Fix alumni.

On a side note – I would like to give some recognition to Lap of Love NOVA – specifically Dr Christine Shibly. This was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make and what these people do is incredible. I will be eternally grateful to them. I’m sure there are others in the PoPville community that would be interested in the service they provide.”

francis looks like “i’d like to see you try and take this towel”. is miss rigby acquainted with the mystery visitor?

  • To Charlie’s person – lots of hugs to you and thank you for the recommendation. We will have to face this someday. Hopefully a long long time in the future. I don;t know how we’re going to get by, so even imagining what you’re going through is tough. Charlie looked to be a very happy pup. Glad he enjoyed a long life. Hugs.

  • No, Ellie has yet to officially be introduce to her daily gentlemen callers. It seems every time she realizes they’ve come for a visit, they’re long gone down the street and onto their next affair.
