“I live at the corner of North Cap and M NE and saw over 20 police cars racing down M St NE tonight and then hooking a right towards H St NE around 7:50pm. Multiple other police sailing down N Cap, K, L St, etc all heading to the same area.
A friend who lives near 8th and L NE said there were was a helicopter circling H St NE and police cars coming from all directions headed toward the same area.”
