  • Thinking about dusting those black shelves makes me :/

  • I Dont Get It

What are those pointy things on the shelves in the first picture.

  • I really liked this until I realized there is no living room. The TV Is under the stairs.

  • Looked big in the pics and then I saw the square footage and better understood the perspective. Seems a little claustrophobic on the 1st floor.

  • A plea to real estate agents: Please close the toilet lid when you’re taking pictures. No one wants to see that.

  • The loft space could make for a nice living area. 780 sf is decent for a 1br, need to see it in person though.

  • Feels cluttered, small, bad use of space. YES! to close the toilet.

  • The loft is cool, but seems like space that could be better used. Is the space not high enough to accommodate a full second floor? Not sure. And I can’t figure out where the bedroom is in this configuration.

  • I think the issue is the staging. 780 square feet is plenty of room for a one bedroom. Clearly this is the owner’s stuff and an agent would likely have staged it differently to make it look more roomy.

  • maxwell smart

Really wasted design opportunities – if you’re going to sell this as “industrial” then the dark wood kitchen and floors are all wrong. The staging – from the layout, colors and selection – of this space is not doing it any favors… unless you like the idea of living in a HomeGoods.

  • I desperately want to re-arrange this furniture on the first floor.
